10 Challenging Goals Sophia And I Are Doing This August

Daily

  1. Don’t snap at Sophia. Really try harder to be more patient. She deserves the best mother I could be.
  2. Drink ketones. I need better mood, with the ECQ again and all.
  3. 3 Sun Life – related activities. Become a medallion qualifier.
  4. 3 real estate – related activities. 3 rental or sale activities of my properties. Got mortgages (plural) to pay, girl!
  5. Dance / Lose abs workout / Walk. Focus on this!
  6. Morning affirmations with Sophia. We love doing this!
  7. Journal – gratitude and blog. I found so much joy in writing.
  8. Guided meditation. Work harder on this!
  9. Sleep score of at least 75.
  10. Eat fruits, vegetables and fish every day.

Weekly

  1. Saturday, cook something with Sophia. Nothing fancy, just simple ones like maybe eggs. Wait, does popcorn count?
  2. Sunday, have food delivered and movie time with Sophia. She enjoys anime lately, and frankly, so have I.
  3. Attend 2 trainings. I need to improve on my craft.

For the month

  1. Underwrite 6 lives.
  2. Rent out 6 units, sell at least 1 (or half with August, if that makes sense). Both others and my properties.
  3. Finish 4 books.
  4. Be generally better! Aja!!!
